News from the NEA

Congratulations to the following recipients of grant funding directly from the National Endowment for the Arts!  Georgia was one of the highest funded states with $394,000 awarded to twenty-one recipients (including one literature fellowship).

The NEA is currently accepting grant applications for opportunities that include The Big Read, which is designed to restore reading to the center of American culture, and Our Town, which funds creative placemaking projects.
